The Shires Waterproof Ride On Saddle Cover is designed to protect expensive saddles for the rain while in use, and prevents dye from leaching breeches. The saddle cover features elastic which stretches over the seat and saddle flaps for maximum protection, while the reinforced stirrup holes allow stirrup leathers to be attached over the top of the cover for riding comfort. The saddle cover fits all size of GP and close contact saddles.

Write a reviewBought for a 16.5" GP saddle, but very bad fit. Wasn`t even a saddle shape!! It would be okay for a Cub saddle/14" pony saddle only. Shires should review this product and update it.

Advertised as one size fits all. Sadly I found that it pulls the saddle flaps up significantly until I get on....
Once on it stays in place and covers the saddle sufficiently. I will continue to use as possibly may ease with wear.
